Sales Manager

Job Description Job Summary The Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct industrial sales, OEMs, and project-based service. This role requires strong technical knowledge of industrial products, along with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales targets. Plan and execute sales strategies in line with company objectives and industrial market trends. Manage key industrial clients and act as a solution provider by understanding technical and commercial needs. Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and daily performance of team members. Support the team in negotiations, pricing, and closure of high-value industrial deals. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Accounts, Service) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities, provide market feedback, and ensure timely reporting to management. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field preferred.
