Client Acquisition (Outbound Sales)Actively search for and attract new clients (GCC market)Work with databases, referrals, and partner channelsInitiate contact via phone calls and messaging apps2. Handling Incoming Leads (Inbound Sales)Ensure fast response to all incoming leads (WhatsApp, phone, website, social media)Conduct initial client qualificationIdentify client needs and generate interest in services3. Sales & NegotiationsConduct phone calls and client communication via messaging appsHold in-office meetings when requiredPresent company services, including:Online consultations with doctorsSecond medical opinionTreatment selection and planningSanatorium and rehabilitation programsCheck-up programsAesthetic medicineHandle objections and guide clients toward paymentClose deals and achieve sales targets4. CRM Management & ReportingWork within CRM system (AMO CRM)Record all client interactions and deal stagesUpdate statuses regularlyMaintain full communication historyPrepare reports on leads, conversion rates, and salesMonitor and manage the sales pipeline5.
