<div><ul><li>Job Title: Sales Manager (Retail Domain, APAC Region)</li><li>Location: Dubai/Saudi</li><li>Experience: 8 to 15 Years</li><li>Employment Type: Full-Time</li><li>Industry: IT Services / Software Solutions</li><li>Domain Expertise: Retail</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own the complete front-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closure, with a sharp focus on hunting new business opportunities and acquiring new logos.</li><li>Strategically develop and execute go-to-market plans for expanding the organization’s footprint across retail clients.</li><li>Build and nurture C-level relationships with stakeholders across target organizations to become a trusted advisor and long-term partner.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Presales, Solutions, Delivery, and Marketing to design and present compelling, customized solutions.</li><li>Proactively manage pipeline and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with the organization’s quarterly and annual revenue goals.</li><li>Stay abreast of emerging retail technology trends (e.g. digital transformation, supply chain digitization, AI/ML in retail) and translate those into customer-relevant sales opportunities.</li><li>Representing the organization at key industry forums, regional events, and client meetings, strengthening brand presence in the region.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>8+ years of proven experience in direct B2B sales of IT services, enterprise software solutions, or digital transformation offerings, preferably within large-sized IT services or consulting firms.</li><li>Preferred retail domain experience with deep understanding of retail business processes, challenges, and technology ecosystems.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic prospecting and relationship management.</li><li>Strong track record in customer acquisition, consultative solution selling, and closing high-value deals across the APAC market.</li><li>Must have prior working experience in the local APAC region, with a solid grasp of local business practices, cultures, and regulatory environments.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Comfortable with travel within the APAC region as required to support sales engagements.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
