The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive business growth while building long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targetsLead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performanceIdentify new business opportunities and expand the client baseBuild and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key accountsPrepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysisNegotiate contracts and close high-value dealsMonitor market trends, competitors, and customer needsCoordinate with marketing, technical, and operations teamsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field6–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industryProven experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership roleStrong leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and achieve targetsWork Location & Schedule:Location: RiyadhWorking Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break)Days Off: Friday & Saturday#J-18808-Ljbffr
