Job Description
ResponsibilitiesAchieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamDesigning and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the marketEstablish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new productsManaging, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the entire sales teamDevelop a comprehensive GTM sales strategy to maximize sales opportunitiesDirect the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growthInfluence senior stakeholders within customers' organizations and premier buyers in the industryReview sales performance by analyzing performance reportsDevelop the strategic plan, manage execution, and analyze results of sales with the goal of maximizing market share and increasing customer engagementProvide feedback to management on current tools, policies, and process to maximize business model performance and drive efficiencyAccurately forecast pipeline deals and participate in weekly funnel calls with sales team and managementAggressively pursue new business opportunities and work closely with existing clients thereby increasing the revenue per clientManage all RFI, RFQ, and RFP processesUtilize consultative, solution-based selling techniques to identify opportunities including Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, Cybersecurity, IOT, Data, AI, ML, Analytics and BIDrive company strategic engagement agenda by positioning and selling strategic consulting offerings in key accountsContinuously engage with signed vendors in promoting FORTE CLOUD services building a solid GTM and Business PlanDevelop trusted relationships at a senior management level in enterprise & commercial accounts, and develop and maintain their confidenceWork in partnership with the broader Sales, Pre-sales, Solution Architects, and Marketers, to build sales strategy, campaigns, and incremental pipelineSuccessfully present our company vision, mission and values, solutions' offerings and proactively communicating with prospects and existing customers to ensure highest customer satisfactionMaintain enough expertise and knowledge of Cloud Migration, DevOps, Data, AI, Hybrid Cloud, Microservices and other related areasExperience with Complex Enterprise Solution Sales, Account Management and Territory/Account PlanningDrive incremental cloud consumption revenue salesRequirements5+ years of client-facing experience selling software business solutions to large enterprise customersA proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotasSuccessful experience in new account development and/or large account managementC-Level communication and presentation skillsProven prospecting and sales cycle management skillsProven track record shaping software advisory propositions that have been successfully executed in the market and building future opportunitiesBeing proactive and driven, learning new emerging Cloud capabilities and other disruptive technologiesBenefitsPrivate medical insuranceHealthy and flexible working environmentCompetitive salary package#J-18808-Ljbffr
