The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales operations and initiatives, driving profitable revenue growth and expanding the customer base.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed sales goalsEstablish and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure repeat businessAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to create strategies that drive business growthMonitor customer feedback and make adjustments to strategies as neededReview customer orders, contracts, pricing, invoices and paymentsEnsure adherence to policies and procedures related to sales operationsTrain new staff on sales processes, products, services and company policiesRespond promptly to customer inquiriesQualificationsMinimum 3 years experience in a similar role requiredProven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targetsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectivelyExcellent communication skills both verbal and written requiredWe are ready to consider an immigrant.
