The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to reach their maximum potential and achieve excellent results.The successful candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. The Sales Manager will be in charge of setting goals for the team, developing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, providing feedback to the team, motivating them to reach their targets, building relationships with key customers and creating an atmosphere of trust within the team.In addition, they will be responsible for recruiting new staff members and providing them with training.
