OverviewSales Manager position in Doha, Qatar. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing sales teams and can establish an effective sales strategy to achieve objectives.ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential customers and establish relationships.Develop and implement strategies to win business and drive sales growth.Develop and implement plans for customer retention.Provide guidance and oversight of the sales team and lead the sales effort to meet objectives.Establish and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve targets.RequirementsExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.Experience in the IT or software industry is advantageous.We are open to applicants from outside Qatar who are willing to relocate and bring their own skills and experiences.We welcome applications from individuals without prior sales management experience if they have the enthusiasm and drive to succeed in the role.BenefitsSalary: competitive salary of 1200 per month plus other benefits associated with this position.
