Location: UAEDepartment: SalesReports to: Head of SalesRole OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to grow our footprint in the KYC / AML / RegTech industry. You will lead outreach to prospects generate and qualify leads deliver product demos close sales and drive revenue growth while maintaining client relationships and expanding accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & OutreachIdentify and reach out to potential clients via calls emails networking and social mediaInitiate and manage outbound campaigns targeting banks fintechs payment firms and other regulated entitiesLead Generation & QualificationGenerate new leads through multiple channels (events digital marketing referrals)Qualify leads to ensure good fit (need authority budget timeline)Product Demonstrations & PresentationsConduct system demos and product walkthroughs tailored to client requirementsAddress technical operational and compliance-related questionsSales & Revenue GenerationNegotiate proposals contracts and pricing keeping profitability in mindClose deals and consistently hit or exceed sales targetsAccount Management & ExpansionBuild strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retentionIdentify and convert upsell or cross-sell opportunitiesPerformance Monitoring & Strategy AdaptationTrack and analyze sales metrics (pipeline health conversion rates cycle time)Provide feedback to leadership and refine sales strategy based on market trendsRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience in B2B software / SaaS sales (preferably in fintech compliance or regulated tech space)Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to demonstrate software / solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong organizational skills; able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslySelf-motivated and target-driven#J-18808-Ljbffr
