Sales Manager - Granulated Polymers (PE/PP/PET)

<div><p>Fresh Start is the largest footwear reuse and recycling operation in the world, processing over 100,000 pairs of shoes per day across multiple international markets.</p><p>The business operates across four distinct areas: B2B wholesale and partner supply, repair and recycling, stocklot trading, and e-commerce.</p><p>We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team and drive expansion across the GCC, South Asia, and Africa markets.</p><p>If you understand polymers, know how to close deals, and have a strong regional network—this role is for you.</p><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and grow key accounts in packaging, film and compounding sectors.</li><li>Drive volume sales of polymer grades (PE, PP, PET, ABS).</li><li>Identify new business opportunities across regional markets.</li><li>Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles including negotiation, pricing and closing.</li><li>Work closely with operations on export logistics and INCOTERMS.</li><li>Build long‑term client relationships and expand market share.</li></ul><h3>What we’re looking for</h3><ul><li>7–12 years of experience in polymer/compound trading.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of melt flow, additives and grade matching.</li><li>Established network across UAE/GCC, India/Pakistan and Africa.</li><li>Experience with international trade, logistics and commercial terms.</li></ul><h3>Required to have</h3><ul><li>Background with polymer trading houses.</li><li>Experience using ERP/CRM systems (SAP).</li><li>Knowledge of credit management and Letters of Credit (LCs).</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><p>Competitive UAE package, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.</p><p>If you’re ready to take ownership, drive growth and make a real impact—we’d love to hear from you.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
