Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDevelops the annual business plan of the region in coordination with Head (Director) whilst ensuring its alignment with the annual business planProvides the expertise and objectivity to analyze and evaluate business development opportunities, including expansion in different sectors and introducing new productsStay abreast of customer requirements and recommend introduction of new products to Division HeadCoach, train and supports team in achieving individual and team sales targetsWorks with the salesforce to prepare performance metrics, set sales targets, and reporting requirements and presents monthly progress to management towards achieving agreed on targets and performance metricsMaintains effective market intelligence and early warning service related to market trends and anticipated future developments to identify potential opportunities and threats and to suggest appropriate executive actionAssist the Division Head in sales forecasting / reforecasting activitiesAssists the Division Head in developing market penetration strategies specific to the position’s assigned regionQualificationsBachelor’s degree on a related subject, preferably Architect or Design related. (Master is an advantage).Minimum 10 years previous experience in various roles of sales activitiesUser of ERP software, preferably in Microsoft Dynamix 365#J-18808-Ljbffr
