Role OverviewWe are currently partnering with a dynamic and growing Freight Forwarding company based in Dubai, to appoint a commercially driven Sales Manager to support their expansion across the Middle East. This role is ideal for a well-connected freight professional who understands the regional logistics landscape and can immediately contribute through existing relationships and new business development.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the Middle EastLeverage an existing client network to generate immediate revenueDevelop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targetsConduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiationsPrepare competitive freight quotations in coordination with operationsMaintain strong relationships with key decision-makersMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategiesAchieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targetsQualificationsMinimum 3–5+ years of sales experience within Freight ForwardingStrong network across the Middle East logistics market (essential)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience selling Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Land Transport solutionsStrong negotiation and closing skillsCommercially focused, self-motivated, and target-drivenUAE experience preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
