<div><p>We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our food and beverage sales operations in Riyadh. The role focuses on managing the sales team, expanding key accounts within the HORECA and wholesale sectors, and driving sustainable revenue growth.</p><h3>Roles and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.</li><li>Define and execute sales strategies across HORECA, wholesale and retail channels.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.</li><li>Oversee pricing, contracts, and major negotiations.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.</li><li>Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.</li><li>Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>10+ years of experience in food&beverage sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.</li><li>Strong experience in HORECA, wholesale and retail markets.</li><li>Deep understanding of the Saudi market.</li><li>Proven leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
