Job RoleSales ManagerJob LocationMalaysia/Australia/DubaiExperience8-15 YearsResponsibilitiesDrive B2B sales of IT services and digital transformation solutions across the APAC region.Identify new business opportunities, build sales pipelines, and close high-value enterprise deals.Engage senior stakeholders to understand requirements and provide consultative technology solutions.Achieve revenue targets through strategic account development and customer acquisition.Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and solution presentations.Maintain strong client relationships and expand accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends to refine sales strategies.Skills & Requirements8+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, enterprise software, or digital transformation.Retail domain experience with understanding of retail technology and business processes.Proven success in enterprise sales and revenue target achievement in the APAC market.Experience selling digital commerce, AI/ML, cloud-native, or enterprise technology solutions.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working within APAC markets and willingness to travel regionally.Bachelor?s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
