You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that transform customer communication.In Your First 12 Months, You WillSales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the MEA region enterprise market.Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell within your existing customer base.Client EngagementDeliver engaging product demos (online and in-person) to showcase the value of our Engagement Platform.Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.Collaboration & RepresentationWork closely with Marketing, Technical, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.Represent CM.com at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your reach and identify new prospects.Sales OperationsUse Salesforce CRM to manage your sales activities, track progress, and provide insights to management.What drives youThat’s why you ideally haveTertiary qualification with a commercial focus.Minimum of 3 years in Sales / Account Management roles in a B2B environment.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.International commercial experience in the SaaS industry is a significant advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you build rapport with clients and colleagues effortlessly.Superb presentation and closing abilities.Tech-Savvy: A strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business communications is an advantage.At CM.com, we are proud of our unique company culture.
