Sales Manager

SALES MANAGER - ABU DHABIOur client, a 5-star luxury hotel based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. The Sales Manager will drive revenue by developing sales strategies, sourcing new corporate/group business, and maintaining client relationships to meet occupancy and booking targets. Additionally manage site inspections, negotiate contracts for rooms and events, analyze market trends, and lead sales teams to maximize profitability.A bit about the role:Achieve monthly individual revenue target assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing.Maintain & develop business of hotel rooms, Food & Beverage, banqueting and conference business.Conduct in house show around & entertain the potential accounts.Participate in daily business review meeting, pre-convention meetings and other sales-related meetings as required.Attend trade shows, community events and industry meetings.Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.What we are looking for:3+ years' experience sales experience within a hotel setting or equivalentStrong negotiation, closing, and communication skills.GCC experience is a MUSTSalary package: AED8000 - 10000 PM + benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
