Job Title: Sales ManagerIndustry: Tents, Temporary Structures & Modular SolutionsExperience Required: Minimum 8-10+ Years of sales experience in tents, temporary structures, modular buildings, construction, or event infrastructure (MANDATORY)Job SummaryOur client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience in the tents, temporary structures, and modular solutions industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge, an established client network in Qatar and the GCC, and a proven ability to manage large-scale, project-based sales across multiple sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targetsManage and expand key accounts within events, exhibitions, oil & gas, military, government, and industrial sectorsIdentify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in Qatar and regional marketsLead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value contractsCoordinate closely with engineering, production, and operations teams to deliver customized solutionsMaintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clientsMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategiesPrepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior managementRepresent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry eventsProvide guidance and support to junior sales team members when requiredRequired Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 8-10+ years of sales experience in tents, temporary structures, modular buildings, or similar construction solutionsStrong experience in project-based sales and tendering processesProven track record of handling large-scale and long-cycle projectsEstablished client network in Qatar and the GCC is highly preferredExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in CRM systems and MS OfficeValid driving licenseKey Skills & CompetenciesStrategic sales leadershipBusiness development & key account managementContract negotiation and deal closureMarket intelligence and forecastingClient relationship managementCross-functional coordinationStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsWhat We OfferSalary Budget 15K to 18K plus commission/incentivesCompany VisaCompany Sim Card & LaptopMedical InsuranceOpportunity to work with a leading international company in tent and modular solutionsExposure to high-profile and large-scale projectsProfessional growth and career advancement opportunitiesApply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
