Job Description Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth within the Financial Services industry. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with organisational goals. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Provide input on product or service improvements based on client feedback. The Successful Applicant A successful Sales Manager - BFSI should have: Proven expertise in sales within the Financial Services industry (banking, insurance, asset management, wealth management, family offices). Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the sector. Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Capability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. A commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
