Sales Manager - SharjahA dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager is needed to join our team in Sharjah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, guidance, and support- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors' activities- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to achieve company goalsRequirements:- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the sales field- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to lead a team and motivate them to achieve targets- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldWe offer competitive salary package of 1400$ per month plus commission based on performance. This position is open for Nepali nationals as well as foreigners with valid UAE residence visa. English fluency is required for this role.
