Earnings are directly tied to closed deals and performance.This opportunity is ideal for driven sales professionals who are confident in their ability to generate and close business in the IT sector.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for a Sales Specialist.The Sales Specialist will be responsible for:Generating leads and identifying new business opportunitiesPromoting Hercules IT’s services to potential clientsManaging the full sales cycle (prospecting → closing → follow-up)Understanding client needs and proposing tailored IT solutionsConducting service presentations and product demonstrationsHandling customer inquiries and objections professionallyCollaborating with the internal team to ensure smooth onboardingAchieving and exceeding sales targetsQualificationsStrong communication and negotiation skillsProven experience in sales (B2B preferred)Ability to manage the full sales pipeline independentlyExcellent relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and disciplined in a remote work environmentOrganized, goal-oriented, and performance-drivenBackground in IT services, SaaS, or software development is a strong advantageWho This Is For✔ Commission-driven closers✔ Freelance sales professionals✔ Business developers with strong networks✔ Individuals confident in selling high-value IT services#J-18808-Ljbffr
