In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing government contracts while navigating complex procurement processes and regulatory requirements. You will serve as a key liaison between our organization and government agencies, building strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to drive revenue growth in the government sector.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting government agencies and public sector organizations in Saudi Arabia and the regionIdentify new business opportunities within the government sector and analyze market trends to inform sales approachesBuild and maintain strong relationships with government officials, procurement managers, and key decision‑makersNavigate complex government procurement processes, including RFP (Request for Proposal) requirements and compliance standardsPrepare, review, and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to government client needsManage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closureEnsure all sales activities comply with government regulations and organizational policiesTrack and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and forecast accuracyCollaborate with internal teams including legal, operations, and delivery to ensure successful contract fulfillmentStay current with government contracting regulations, bidding requirements, and industry best practicesQualificationsMinimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the government or public sectorDemonstrated expertise in government contract negotiation and procurement processesStrong knowledge of government compliance requirements and regulatory standardsExcellent proposal writing and presentation skillsProficiency in CRM software and sales management toolsExceptional relationship‑building and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze complex requirements and develop strategic solutionsStrong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian government processes and business practices (preferred)Experience with federal or regional government contracting (preferred)Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plusYour Team And Working EnvironmentIn 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture.Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits.Our Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
