About the job SALES EXECUTIVES - REAL ESTATEOur client is a leading real estate group based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are looking for experienced real estate sales professionals.Key Responsibilities:Actively prospect and generate leads to expand client base.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.Present and sell real estate properties to prospective clients.Conduct market research to understand property values and investment potential.Manage negotiations and provide expert advice to clients throughout the buying process.Achieve sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Stay updated on real estate trends, regulations, and market conditions.Qualifications:Strong understanding of the local real estate market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Fluency in (Language(s)) (English, Arabic, or any other relevant language).#J-18808-Ljbffr
