Sales Executive

We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.What you’ll do?Prospect and acquire new clients (fleet operators, logistics companies, and individual owners) to meet and exceed monthly sales targets for commercial vehicles.Conduct end-to-end sales processes, including vehicle demonstrations, trade-in evaluations, finance and insurance discussions, and test drives.Understand client payload, route, and operational requirements to recommend the most suitable commercial vehicle model.Maintain long-term relationships with existing fleet owners to secure repeat business and generate referrals through exceptional after-sales support.Stay updated on competitor activities, new model launches, and regulatory changes affecting the commercial vehicle sector.Who you are?You have a proven track record in sales, specifically within the Commercial Vehicle or automotive industry.You possess a strong existing network of transport operators, fleet owners, or dealer contacts.You have excellent closing skills and the ability to negotiate complex deals involving bulk orders or fleet pricing.You possess strong product knowledge of vehicle specifications (engine power, load capacity, fuel efficiency) and can clearly communicate technical details to clients.You are comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and traveling extensively to meet clients at their yards, warehouses, or sites.Who are we?Al Ghurair is a leading diversified family business group in the Middle East, founded in 1960 with operations spanning six key industry sectors: Foods and Resources, Properties, Construction and Services, Energy, Mobility, and Ventures.
