Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence across the MENA region. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong industry knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue GrowthIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.Expand market share across the MENA region through strategic client acquisition.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and fleet customers.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.Product ExpertiseDevelop strong knowledge of the company’s tyre portfolio to effectively communicate product benefits and provide tailored solutions.Contract NegotiationLead negotiations with clients and successfully close sales agreements with favourable terms.Market IntelligenceMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regional market developments to identify new opportunities.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to align customer requirements and improve service delivery.Strategic Sales PlanningSupport the execution of regional sales strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and market penetration.SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field3–5+ years of sales experience in the tyre, automotive, or related industryStrong knowledge of the MENA tyre marketIn-depth knowledge of tyre products, brands, and regional market trendsDemonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targetsProven track record in tire sales (Commercial, Passenger, OTR, or Industrial Tires) or related automotive industry, preferably in the MENA regionExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong leadership and team management skillsWillingness to travel within the region as neededBased in Dubai#J-18808-Ljbffr
