This is a project‑driven, consultative role focused on specification sales targeting architects, designers, contractors, and fabricators involved in hospitality, healthcare, residential, and commercial interiors. This is not retail sales — this role requires a deep understanding of materials, project lifecycles, and client relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and fabricatorsPromote and specify solid surface materials across hospitality, healthcare, residential, and commercial projectsTrack projects from early design stages through tender, approval, and final installationProvide technical guidance, samples, and recommendations based on application requirementsCoordinate with logistics and operations teams for accurate order processing and deliveryMaintain a strong pipeline of active and upcoming projects within the CRMMonitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and specification shifts in the marketMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsCandidate Requirements:2–5 years of UAE-based sales experience in solid surface, stone, quartz, or interior finishing materialsUnderstanding of project lifecycle and specification-based salesProven ability to work with architects, designers, joinery workshops, and fit‑out contractorsAbility to read technical drawings, understand BOQs, and advise confidently on solutionsUAE driving licence preferredStrong communication, follow‑up, and negotiation skillsSimilar Job Titles:Sales Executive – Surface MaterialsProject Sales – Architectural ProductsSpecification Sales ExecutiveBusiness Development Executive – Solid SurfaceSales Engineer – Interior Fit‑OutTo Apply:Apply to this job post by filling in all the blank fields.
