Sales Executive – Skincare & MaleGrooming (KSA)Salary Range AED 12-15KKSA Sales Role will be based in Dubai office , Traveling to KSA will be 2-3 weeks , 1 week will be in the Dubai office.Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with retail partners, salons, and key accounts for skincare and grooming products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:Education & Certification3-5 years experiences in business, Marketing, Cosmetics, or related field.Training in skincare, grooming, or beauty sales is a plus.Sales & Market ExperienceProven track record in B2B or B2C sales of skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products.Experience working with retail chains, salons, barbershops, or distributors in KSA.Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Understanding of the KSA beauty and grooming market, trends, and customer segments.Product KnowledgeKnowledge of skincare routines, ingredients, and solutions.Familiarity with grooming products, such as shaving, beard care, and skincare.Ability to conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients and retail staff.Soft SkillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong relationship-building skills with retailers, salons, barbershops, and key stakeholders.Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Professional demeanour aligned with premium skincare and grooming brand values.Other RequirementsFluent in Arabic and English.Willingness to travel across KSA regularly.Knowledge of KSA regulations for cosmetics, skincare, and grooming products.Understanding of retail merchandising, promotions, and sales reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration.Maintain relationships with key accounts, salons, and retail partners.Conduct product presentations, demos, and training for clients and retail staff.Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights and recommendations.Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and activations to enhance brand visibility.Report regularly on sales performance, stock levels, and market trends.#J-18808-Ljbffr
