Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive - (Etisalat - Hunting -B2B sales) through outdoor activities. The candidate will identify business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets by offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and field visits and identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.Client EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.Sales Planning and ExecutionAchieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.Reporting and DocumentationMaintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the Sales Manager.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).1-3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales.Proficiency in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On).Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.Key Skills and CompetenciesProven track record in outdoor sales (B2B experience preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.LocationDUBAI & ABU DHABI#J-18808-Ljbffr
