Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 03/12/2026Job Summary :We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive - (Etisalat -Hunting -B2B sales) through outdoor activities. The candidate will identifybusiness opportunities, build relationships with clients, and achieve salestargets by offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.Key Responsibilities :Business Development :Identify and generate leads through various channels,including cold calling, networking, and field visits and identifypotential clients and industries for business expansion.Client Engagement :Build and maintain strong relationships with new andexisting clients.Understand client requirements and present suitableproducts or services.Provide after-sales support to ensure clientsatisfaction.Sales Planning and Execution :Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annualsales targets.Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close dealseffectively.Reporting and Documentation :Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads,and client interactions using CRM tools.Provide regular reports on sales performance andmarket feedback to the Sales Manager.RequirementsQualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relatedfield (preferred but not mandatory).1-3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales.Proficiency in selling GSM connections (Postpaid,Fiber, and Business On).Valid driver’s license and willingness to travelfrequentlyKey Skills and Competencies :Proven track record in outdoor sales (B2B experiencepreferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentationskills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-buildingabilities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to workindependently.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitiveenvironment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
