Job DescriptionWe're looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with our valued clients. As a Sales Executive, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to achieve ambitious sales targets while representing our organization with professionalism and integrity.Develop and execute strategic sales plans designed to maximize revenue and consistently achieve or exceed sales targetsIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on high‑value accounts and long‑term partnershipsConduct compelling and persuasive sales presentations that effectively showcase our products and services to prospective clientsNegotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to secure mutually beneficial, long‑term business relationshipsCollaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that resonate with our target audienceAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform and refine sales strategiesMaintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systemsPrepare and deliver regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management with transparency and accuracyRepresent the organization professionally at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking functionsProvide exceptional customer service and proactively manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retentionStay current with industry developments, product enhancements, and competitive landscape to maintain expertiseIdentify and overcome sales obstacles through creative problem‑solving and resilienceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Diploma considered with relevant experience)Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong knowledge of sales principles, methodologies, practices, and techniquesExcellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearlyProficiency in analyzing market data, identifying trends, and developing data‑driven sales strategiesDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and networksSelf‑motivated, goal‑oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyProficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office SuiteIn-depth understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapeExcellent problem‑solving abilities and resilience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environmentAbility to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needsStrong interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset and commitment to service excellence#J-18808-Ljbffr
