The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing advertiser accounts, and selling digital advertising solutions to related businesses.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Sales and Business Development</h3><ul><li>Prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.</li><li>Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently generating leads and qualifying prospects.</li><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.</li></ul><h3>Client Relationship Management</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.</li><li>Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points to offer tailored solutions.</li><li>Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to win new business.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.</li></ul><h3>Sales Planning and Reporting</h3><ul><li>Develop sales plans, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with the sales team and management.</li><li>Monitor sales performance against targets, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports, including activity reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and optimize performance.</li></ul><h3>Collaboration and Teamwork</h3><ul><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.</li><li>Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.</li><li>Share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales team and processes.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.</li><li>Identify opportunities for product or service enhancements based on customer feedback and market demands.</li><li>Provide feedback and market insights to internal stakeholders to support business decision‑making.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>A minimum of 2 years experience in<b>sales within advertising portal, media, classifieds platform, or digital advertising environment in KSA market</b></li><li>Strong understanding of<b>advertising packages, and digital marketing solutions</b>.</li><li><b>Experience using CRM systems</b>for lead management, sales tracking, and reporting is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.</li><li>Strong prospecting and relationship-building capabilities.</li><li>Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working in a target‑driven role.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
