In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by cultivating and managing relationships with high-value clients, particularly from Russian-speaking markets. You will represent our luxury hospitality brand with professionalism and sophistication, delivering exceptional service while achieving ambitious sales targets in a competitive market.Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate accounts from Russian-speaking regionsConduct consultative sales meetings and presentations to understand client needs and customize luxury hospitality solutionsManage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact through contract negotiation and closureAchieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining detailed records in our CRM systemProvide expert product knowledge and recommendations tailored to client preferences and requirementsCultivate long-term client relationships through exceptional service delivery and regular follow-upCollaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and management to ensure seamless client experiencesPrepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company policiesMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunitiesRepresent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the client baseQualificationsFluent proficiency in Russian (speaking, reading, and writing); English fluency requiredMinimum 2years of sales experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or premium service sectorsProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goalsStrong understanding of luxury hospitality market dynamics and client expectationsExcellent consultative selling skills with the ability to build rapport with high-value clientsProficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanorCultural awareness and sensitivity with demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse environmentsStrong negotiation and closing skillsKnowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE hospitality market (preferred)Additional language proficiency beyond Russian and English (preferred)Experience with luxury brands or premium service organizations (preferred)Your team and working environmentRixos Premium Saadiyat Island is a unique resort; where exclusivity and luxury define every experience, every time.
