They support OEMs and suppliers with personal engineering services in industries such as automotive, software, energy, and life sciences.## Quick Details* Salary Range: Market Competitive* Job Type: Full-time* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field* Experience: Minimum 10 years of sales experience in automotive testing, laboratory services, metrology, or industrial engineering## Key Responsibilities* Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients including OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, automotive electronics manufacturers, and R&D centers.* Promote a comprehensive range of laboratory services, including Metrology, Mechanical Testing, Climatic & IP Testing, Vibration Testing, and Electrical & Electronics (E&E) testing.* Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers tailored to customer specifications.* Achieve assigned sales targets through structured pipeline management and strategic account planning.* Act as the primary interface between customers and the R&D lab teams, supporting them in selecting appropriate testing methods based on standards.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive testing requirements, regulatory changes, and industry trends.## Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.* Minimum 10 years of sales experience in automotive testing, laboratory services, metrology, or industrial engineering.* Strong understanding of testing standards (ISO, IEC, SAE, ASTM, OEM specs).* Experience with testing equipment or services such as environmental chambers, vibration shakers, and E&E test systems is highly preferred.* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.## Benefits* Opportunities to work on innovative projects within a global engineering group.* Exposure to various industries including automotive, software, energy, and life sciences.* Work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.* Be part of a company driving energy efficiency, climate protection, and decarbonization.* Contribute to budgeting and forecasting based on real-time market data.* Participate in trade shows, technical seminars, and promotional initiatives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
