Join usGenerate new business opportunities across QatarProspect, qualify, and engage potential clientsManage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signingConduct product demos and client presentations (online & face-to-face)Meet and exceed individual sales targetsBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipelineMaintain strong relationships with prospects and customersUpdate CRM with accurate sales activities and forecastsCoordinate with internal teams for proposals and onboarding5–7 years of B2 B sales experience (Saa S or technology preferred)Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targetsStrong prospecting and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently in a remote setupNative or professional-level Arabic proficiencyGood command of EnglishValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within QatarStrong communication and relationship-building skills⭐ Nice to HaveExperience selling HR Tech, Saa S, or enterprise solutionsExisting network within HR or corporate sector in QatarExperience working with enterprise or mid-market clientsRemote work flexibilityPrivate health & life insuranceFull access to the Wellbees AppDynamic and collaborative startup cultureGrowth opportunities within a global company
