Sales Executive

<div><p>We are looking to hire a Sales Executive with practical experience in<b>AVL (Audio, Visual, Lighting) rentals and exhibition/booth fabrication services.</b>The role is field-focused and execution-driven, suited for a salesperson who is comfortable spending most of their time meeting clients, visiting event organizers, and actively generating new business opportunities.</p><h3>Position Summary</h3><p>The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients for AVL rental services and booth fabrication projects. The role requires someone who understands the events and exhibitions industry, knows how to approach potential clients, and can independently develop sales opportunities.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Proactively generate leads and develop new client relationships within the events, exhibitions, and corporate sectors.</li><li>Promote and sell AVL rental solutions and booth fabrication services.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations.</li><li>Prepare basic quotations and coordinate internally with the technical and operations teams.</li><li>Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert them into confirmed projects.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with event organizers, agencies, and corporate clients.</li></ul><h3>Candidate Profile</h3><p>We are not looking for a senior manager, but rather a hands-on salesperson who is active in the market.</p><h3>Preferred profile</h3><ul><li>2–5 years of sales experience in AVL rentals, event production, exhibition stands, or related services.</li><li>Strong network within the events/exhibitions industry.</li><li>Comfortable with field sales and client visits.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to independently pursue opportunities.</li></ul><h3>Key Traits</h3><ul><li>Proactive and energetic</li><li>Relationship-driven</li><li>Commercially minded</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced events environment</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
