The company enables businesses to grow by automating operations, improving efficiency, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive smarter decision-making.</p><h3>Role Description</h3><p>The Sales Executive drives<b>revenue growth</b>and<b>market expansion</b>for the company's innovative technology and software solutions. This role requires a<b>proactive, goal-oriented individual</b>with a strong<b>passion for technology and sales</b>. Success is achieved by mastering the full sales cycle, from initial prospect engagement to contributing to the final closure of deals.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Customer Relationship Management:</b>Building and nurturing strong, professional relationships with customers.</li><li><b>Pipeline Generation:</b>Building and maintaining an active pipeline of potential leads or opportunities with the goal of a strong closing rate.</li><li><b>Direct Engagement:</b>Making outbound calls, scheduling meetings, and following up with customers to understand their needs.</li><li><b>Product Expertise:</b>Engaging with customers by demonstrating and showcasing the products.</li><li><b>Sales Process Contribution:</b>Supporting or participating in the closing of deals.</li><li><b>Technical Familiarity:</b>Gaining an understanding of the technical onboarding process, including integrations, API integrations, and hardware setups.</li><li><b>Reporting and Improvement:</b>Documenting customer interactions and communicating key outcomes to the Sales Team Leader to optimize processes.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>Education:</b>A Bachelor's degree (BS/MS) in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.</li><li><b>Environment Fit:</b>A self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven work environment.</li><li><b>Mobility:</b>Must have a valid driving license and own a car.</li><li><b>Skills:</b>Strong communication skills and goal-orientation.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
