Job Description
Responsibilities:Promote and sell Lubricants to the B2C & B2B customers across the UAEDevelop and maintain relationships with B2C & B2B customers to achieve sales targetsExplore sales opportunities through market research and networkingVisit potential customers and present brand/product samples and catalogues whilst delivering the highest levels of customer serviceAssess Customer Requirements & assist in delivering the needsPrepare and send accurate price quotations to B2C & B2B customersPrepare and send updates on product information and prices to corporate and retail customersNegotiate sales terms including price and delivery in line with company guidelinesPrepare and collate information and documentation required to close a sale such as sales invoices, delivery dates and customer profileHandle customer requests for credit facilities and submit relevant credit forms and supporting documents to Finance for review and approvalFollow up on payments with customers to ensure timely collection and report regularly on payment status to the Sales ManagerCheck stock availability and report any shortages to the Sales ManagerInput and update sales activities into the system and prepare status reports on sales activities such as closings, new leads, follow-ups, and target achievement by product/brandContinuously monitor market trends & competitor activitiesDevelop the Independent Workshop ChannelsImplement channel offers and promotions to different channels like Retail, High street, Independent workshops etc.Educational QualificationBachelor's degree in any stream or equivalent, MBA is a plus.Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of the Lubricants is a must.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Compensation & Other BenefitsFull-time position with a competitive salary and performance-based incentives.A dynamic and collaborative work environment with career growth opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
