Alist.ae is growing fast and we need hungry, results-driven Sales Executives to join our Dubai team. You will be closing inbound and outbound deals, managing your own pipeline, and building lasting client relationships on one of the UAE's most exciting marketplace platforms.This is a closing role. You will carry a monthly revenue target, own the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract, and earn uncapped commission on every deal you close.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGManaging the full sales cycle from first contact through to closeFollowing up on warm leads passed from the lead generation teamRunning discovery calls and presenting tailored solutions to clientsDelivering product demos and building compelling proposalsNegotiating and closing deals in line with company guidelinesBuilding strong post-sale relationships to drive referrals and repeat businessMaintaining a clean, accurate pipeline in the CRM at all timesAttending weekly pipeline reviews and reporting on forecast vs targetWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR2+ years of experience in a closing or business development roleA proven track record of hitting or exceeding monthly revenue targetsStrong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skillsExcellent communication in English — Arabic is a strong advantageExperience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM platformsUAE market experience is strongly preferredBackground in digital products, marketplaces, or SaaS is a plusTHE PACKAGEBase Salary: AED 4,000 – 8,000 per month (depending on experience)Commission: 10% flat on all closed deals — uncapped, with top performers earning up to AED 15,000+ in commissionKPI Bonus: Monthly bonuses available for exceeding targetsPipeline Support: Warm leads provided by a dedicated lead gen team#J-18808-Ljbffr
