Job Description

The Sales Executive – Emiratization is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth while supporting Emiratization initiatives. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to achieve revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify new sales opportunities in the marketMeet and engage with customers to understand their requirementsPresent and promote company products and services to potential clientsPrepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales dealsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsProvide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retentionMaintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and reportsStay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activitiesQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of sales processes and client handlingSelf-motivated and target-drivenSales and negotiation skillsCustomer relationship managementCommunication and presentation skillsTime management and organizationProblem-solving and adaptabilityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
