Sales Executive

CRC specializes in commercial Interior Design and Turnkey Fit Out services and has been in the KSA market since 2010. We are offering here a full-time sales role, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar fields for sales and projects hunting profitable projects. The role will be responsible for presenting company profile, follow up, and closing new profitable Design & Fit Out projects deals.Role Description:Conduct market research to identify and pursue new profitable business opportunities within the Fit Out and furniture sectors.Approach the relevant consultants and real estate developers for qualifying our company’s services with them.Prepare regular reports and provide feedback to the management on market conditions and needs.Good understanding of targeted clients and type of projects to avoid valuable time waste through chasing low profile projects.Develop healthy relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and stay close to their potential projects in the medium and long term.Prepare professional presentations & proposals that align with client expectations and company capabilities.Attend related business events locally and regionally.Stay informed about industry trends and compile data on market, competitive products, and pricing regularly.Expertise / Skills / Personal AttributesProven experience in Fitout & Furniture sales is preferable.Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and oral presentation skills (English and Arabic).Proactive, result-oriented and able to work independently.Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales (Fitout in KSA) is an advantage.A good condition car is a key requirement (mandatory).Job TypesFull-time, Annual Contract, package salary and 1% revenue commission.Full-time Annual ContractApply for this positionBy using this form, you agree with the storage and handling of your data by thiswebsite. *#J-18808-Ljbffr
