DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and passionate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to build a rewarding career in the real estate sector.The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving company growth by selling residential and commercial units, understanding client needs, conducting property tours, and ensuring successful deal closures.Key ResponsibilitiesReal Estate SalesSell residential and commercial properties from the company’s portfolio.Conduct property tours, provide detailed information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.Client EngagementInteract with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.Provide professional advice and guidance on buying, selling, and investment opportunities.Lead GenerationGenerate and follow up on potential leads to expand the client base.Build and maintain a strong professional network to enhance business opportunities.Market AnalysisStay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.Provide clients with accurate and timely market insights.Client Relationship ManagementEnsure clients are well-informed about available properties, their features, benefits, and pricing.Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.Maintain regular communication with clients to support their evolving real estate needs.Presentations and Site VisitsDeliver engaging presentations and arrange site visits to help clients visualize their potential investments.Deal ClosureFacilitate timely completion of transactions and ensure all documentation and processes are accurately executed.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Analytical and problem-solving mindset.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.High level of motivation and passion for sales and customer service.BenefitsHigh-performance, fast-paced work environment.Comprehensive health insurance.Performance-based rewards and recognition.Continuous learning and development opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
