Sales Executive – Automotive R&D Lab Testing Services

Black Pearl is recruiting a Sales Executive Automotive R&D / Lab Testing Services to drive business growth for a specialized automotive laboratory offering Metrology Mechanical Testing Climatic/IP Testing Vibration Testing and Electrical & Electronics (E&E) services.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify qualify and acquire clients including OEMs Tier-1/2 suppliers and R&D centers.Promote a full suite of testing services (metrology mechanical climatic vibration E&E).Prepare quotations technical proposals and commercial offers.Achieve sales targets through structured pipeline and territory management.Act as the main point of contact between customers and engineering/lab teams.Guide clients in selecting appropriate test methods (ISO ASTM IEC SAE LV124/125 OEM specs).Monitor project execution and ensure timely delivery of results.Maintain strong technical and market knowledge to identify new opportunities.Participate in industry events trade shows and promotional activities.Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposals.Provide feedback for market trends competitor analysis and service expansion.RequirementsTo be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Mechatronics Engineering or similar.Minimum 10 years of sales experience in automotive testing lab services metrology or industrial engineering.Strong technical understanding of testing standards (ISO IEC SAE ASTM).Experience with environmental chambers vibration shakers and E&E test systems is highly preferred.Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills.
