Sales Executive Application – Sports

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in the sports and events industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling technology solutions or services to event organizers, sports federations, venues, or rights holders.You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for our suite of accreditation and access control products.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential clients in the sports, events, and entertainment sectors.Develop and execute sales strategies to promote TT‑Sec Global's AXESS platform and related solutions.Attend industry expos, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and build relationships.Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment in customer engagement.Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reporting.Requirements3+ years of proven sales experience in the sports, events, or technology industry.Existing network within sports federations, event organizers, or related organizations is a strong advantage.Strong understanding of technology‑driven event operations (e.g., accreditation, access control, ticketing, or workforce management).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, Spanish) are a plus.Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance‑based commission.Opportunity to work on world‑class events across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.Collaborative, innovative, and flexible working environment.Career growth within a rapidly expanding tech and services company.Direct impact on shaping the future of secure, tech‑powered event operations.About the CompanyTT‑Sec Global is a leading provider of integrated accreditation and access control systems for major international events.
