This role is responsible for driving the sales of Ingersoll Rand air compressors and air treatment solutions across Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving strategic growth objectives, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships across major industries, EPC contractors, and Oil & Gas companies within the UAE.What you will do:Achieve unit sales budget and gross margin targets for air compressors and accessoriesGenerate new business by visiting and developing potential customers across assigned territoryPrepare techno-commercial quotations, conduct regular follow-ups, and close profitable dealsManage key accounts within the territory and drive customer retention and repeat ordersCoordinate closely with the National Sales Manager to support business development initiativesEnsure timely payment collections and maintain compliance with FAMCO policiesMonitor and report competitor activities and market trends within the air compressor industryStay updated on industry regulations, EPC standards, and Oil & Gas sector requirementsPromote product marketing initiatives to increase market penetration and shareRequired skills to be successful:Strong knowledge of rotary screw air compressors and compressed air systemsProven ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate at executive levelStrong understanding of EPC contractors and Oil & Gas sector regulationsExcellent communication skills across different organizational hierarchiesStrong key account management and customer relationship skillsAbility to generate enquiries and convert them into profitable ordersHigh level of commercial awareness and market intelligenceAbout the team:You will be part of the Industrial Products Division at FAMCO, working closely with the National Sales Manager andcross-functional teams including Finance, Aftermarket, and Operations.
