Job Description

Drive new member growth and retention by managing the full sales cycle, engaging leads effectively, and converting them into active members.Key Responsibilities:AcquisitionUnderstand and work toward volume and financial targets.Manage the lead pipeline: calling, cleaning, qualifying, and advancing leads.Monitor daily lead volume, quality, and source performance.Maintain a healthy sales funnel to ensure enough leads for conversions.RetentionAct as key account manager for an assigned customer base.Manage inbound/outbound calling: follow-ups, consumption issues, satisfaction checks, expiring members, and complaints.Schedule member consultations and recommendations with coaches.AdminPrepare and present reports to the Sales Manager.Maintain customer profiles and update acquisition/retention forecasts.Track progress against targets and recommend adjustments.Provide daily updates on sales performance.Qualifications:5+ years working in Sales and Customer Experience roles – at least 2 years in Fitness/Wellness industryApply now: Job Details Pageor share with someone who would be a great fit.#J-18808-Ljbffr
