This role will focus on driving project sales across export markets by combining strong technical expertise with commercial acumen. The position plays a critical role in supporting specifications, developing technical proposals, and engaging with customers to convert opportunities into successful sales outcomes.This role requires a high level of ownership, independent execution, and the ability to manage complex project requirements while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.What You Will Be DoingSupport project sales by identifying customer requirements and technical needs across export marketsDeliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to project specificationsPrepare and present technical proposals, including drawings, compliance details, and pricing inputsProvide specification support to architects, consultants, and customers during project developmentMaintain strong technical knowledge across tiles, sanitaryware, and faucets product categoriesCollaborate with internal teams (sales, product, QA/QC, technical) to ensure smooth project executionSupport sales closure through technical validation and customer confidence buildingProvide post-sales technical support, including site-level issue resolution and clarificationsTrack opportunities, maintain CRM/ERP updates, and support pipeline reporting and forecastingContribute insights for business reviews and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We Are Looking ForSome of the key competencies required for the role include:FunctionalStrong technical sales and specification management capabilitySolid understanding of product application within building materials (tiles, sanitaryware, faucets)Experience supporting project sales and working with consultants and contractorsProficiency in CRM tools, ERP systems, and MS OfficeAbility to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly solutionsBehaviouralStrong presentation and communication skillsCustomer-centric with a problem-solving mindsetGood influencing and stakeholder management skillsCommercial awareness and negotiation abilityStructured, proactive, and execution-focusedOur Ideal MatchBachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field6–8 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales, preferably within ceramics, tiles, sanitaryware, faucets, or building materials industriesExperience in project sales or specification-led environmentsExposure to working with architects, consultants, and large-scale projectsFluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantageWillingness to travel extensively (up to 50% regionally and internationally as required)Equal Opportunity StatementRAK Ceramics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender, nationality, disability, age, or marital status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
