Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales) – Dubai

Job DescriptionAquila Clouds is looking for a driven and solution-orientedSales Engineer (Pre-Sales) – Dubaito play a key role in our growth across the Middle East. In this customer-facing role, you will work hand-in-hand with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, demonstrate our BillOps and FinOps platforms, and provide technical guidance to enterprise customers, cloud resellers, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).You will be responsible for aligning Aquila Clouds’ capabilities with customer needs through tailored demos, solution mapping, and technical workshops. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, financial management tools, and has a passion for solving customer problems through technology.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with sales to engage with prospects and drive technical pre-sales activities across the Middle East.Deliver impactful product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations.Understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions using Aquila Clouds’ platforms.Address integration, security, and cloud billing-related queries during the sales process.Provide technical responses to RFPs and lead proof-of-concept implementations.Act as the voice of the customer and relay feedback to Product and Engineering teams.Support a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation and onboarding.Requirements4–7 years of pre-sales, solution engineering, or cloud consulting experience.Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms and cloud billing models.Familiarity with FinOps principles, billing automation, and MSP workflows.Excellent presentation, communication, and client engagement skills.Proven experience working with enterprise customers and resellers in the Middle East.Ability to travel within the region as needed.About Aquila CloudsAquila Clouds is at the forefront ofCloud and AI Management, transforming how modern enterprises and service providers control and optimize their cloud spend.
