Job Description
OverviewLocation: Riyadh or Jeddah, KSA.Years of Experience: 2-3+ years of relevant experience.Working Arrangement: on-site.Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing tailored technical sales solutions, and managing client relationships within industrial sectors. The role combines technical understanding with sales execution, supporting clients across industries such as mining, cement, fertilizer, petrochemicals, or metals. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, preparing proposals and reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.Key Requirements2–3+ years of experience in sales and business development for industrial projects, preferably within mining, cement, fertilizer, petrochemicals, or metals industries.Experience in sales for manufacturing lines, equipment or machinery for manufacturing plants within the mining, cement, fertilizer, petrochemicals, or metals industries.Proven experience identifying business opportunities and driving them through to successful sales closure.Experience developing technical and commercial sales solutions tailored to client requirements.Ability to prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.Experience meeting sales targets and managing revenue recovery cycles.Proficiency in preparing sales activity reports, pipeline tracking, and performance summaries.High-level proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Other QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver effective presentations.Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.Develop and present tailored technical and commercial solutions that address client needs and objectives.Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing clients, while expanding the client base.Engage with clients to understand requirements, prepare proposals, and support negotiations to secure sales.Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely follow-up on payments and recoveries.Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity summaries.Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and management teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulations related to sales and business development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
