Sales Engineer (HVAC)

<div><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>The Sales Engineer – HVAC is responsible for driving HVAC product and solution sales by providing technical expertise, commercial support, and customer engagement across projects. The role bridges engineering knowledge and sales execution, ensuring customer requirements are translated into compliant, competitive, and profitable HVAC solutions.</p><h3>Location</h3><p>We have two vacancies: one in Riyadh and one in Jeddah.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Sales&Business Development</h3><ul><li>Identify and develop new HVAC project opportunities with contractors, consultants, and end users.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle: inquiry, technical clarification, quotation, negotiation, and order booking.</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets.</li><li>Review HVAC project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and scope of work.</li><li>Select suitable HVAC systems (VRF, DX, Packaged Units).</li><li>Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, and deviations.</li><li>Prepare accurate pricing and quotations aligned with company guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, CSD, Factory, Supply Chain).</li><li>Support contract clarifications, value engineering, and revisions.</li><li>Liaise with consultants, contractors, project managers, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Attend technical meetings, design reviews, and negotiations.</li><li>Support order release, delivery alignment, and post‑order clarifications.</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><p>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.</p><h3>Experience</h3><p>2-5 years of experience in HVAC sales or project engineering.</p><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>HVAC system design basics</li><li>Product selection&heat load understanding</li><li>Knowledge of Saudi codes, standards, and consultant practices</li></ul><h3>Soft Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Commercial awareness</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
