Job Description Job Title: Sales Engineer Location: Remote / Field-Based (Extensive travel required for client meetings) Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer with experience in B2B sales and industrial electrical systems. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Power Quality Solutions, building strong relationships with clients in heavy industries, and achieving regional sales targets through technical and commercial engagement. Key Responsibilities: Travel regularly to meet clients, consultants, distributors, and other stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with industries such as steel, cement, paper, and with electrical consultants. Achieve and exceed sales targets for Power Quality Solutions and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base. Use technical knowledge of electrical systems, preferably from an industrial background such as UPS, Solar Inverters, APFC, and Drives, to explain product benefits to clients. Utilize existing industry contacts within heavy industries, consultants, and distributors to generate business opportunities. Maintain strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering business results. Lead regional sales and business development activities including customer visits, lead generation, offer submission, techno-commercial discussions, order closing, and execution. Develop new customers including end clients, consultants, and OEMs. Maintain regular interaction with clients, distributors, and consultants through periodic visits and updates on new developments. Expand business by identifying and appointing reliable distributors. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports for the assigned region. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in industrial electrical products (UPS, Solar Inverters, APFC, Drives preferred). Strong communication and networking skills. Fluency in Hindi, English, and local language. Valid 2-wheeler driving license preferred.
