Job Description

Responsible for selling products to achieve sales targets in terms of quantity and value whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfactionResponsible for achieving individual sales targets (unit sales, revenue and gross profit).Market LeadershipExecute agreed business plan, to ensure the company achieves its sales and market share targets.CustomerDevelop a good knowledge of customers’ needs and buying behaviors in order to support customers and provide them with the appropriate solution.Attend to customer concerns/ problems and ensure that they are resolved amicably, in timely and professional manner.Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all customersCreate product awareness and arrange/ conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations to improve sales opportunities and deals closure.Competitors InsightKeep updated on competitors activities, and provides timely feedback to Manager to support development of marketing strategyBusiness planning & budgetingDevelop with sales manager individual sales plan (unit sales, revenue, gross profit, participation, closure, etc.)Operational excellence-Sales OperationsUse the CRM system to create/manage activities, business opportunities, as per CRM business rules and conventions.Ensure the quality and timeliness of quoting, invoicing, and product delivery.Develop with the Sales Manager individual call plan and ensures its timely execution.Complete the “won” and “lost” sales reports in timely manner, and ensures data quality.Provide to the Sales Manager periodical reports to apprise him on business environment.Keep up to date with new products, and support department on NPI activities.Sell Integrated Solutions (New product Plus CSAs, Options, etc.) and meet targetsAssist the Accounts Department in collection of receivables where needed.Initiate TPRs and SPARs for special pricing assistance.Assist in planning and managing participation in trade shows and exhibitions to maximize market coverage.Ensure accurate and timely update of DBS customer database (Customer & Machines data)Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering;2-3 years relevant experience in Material Handling is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
